The slicer generates supports in normal but not using custom

I am changing nozzle temperature and speed and needed support. When I go into custom I lose the supports.
I even tried making no changes by just going into custom and then slice. I lose supports.
I can select organic supports and organic supports works in custom.
Any ideas? I will keep looking.

The issues you report (supports sometimes not generating) are being solved, and we expect to publish the solution next week. It will be the version 10.0.1 of Astroprint (you can see it in the footer).
