Trigger Webcam with M240

Hello

I think it would be nice to have the webcam trigger with G-Code M240. This is already setup in Marlin to trigger a camera connected to the control board so it could be intercepted by Astroprint and trigger the webcam instead. Reason I see this as being beneficial is so I could better control when a picture is taken and have my print head move out of the shot on each layer, trigger the camera then continue onto the next layer.
