Is there a config file or something I can edit to stop the hotspot from activating when my WiFi goes down? I’m not certain why my WiFi will drop at night for a few seconds (suspect airport radio interference), but when the astrobox looses the connection, it starts the hotspot. It does connect back to the internet after about a minute, so it ends up having the Astroprint hotspot running during the day until I physically turn off the hotspot.
It happens almost nightly and I would prefer it not to start the hotspot since it does repair the WiFi connection.
Thank you for any help.

@Ed_Baker thanks for this. I’ll add this request to the list. We’ll add some options to hotspot behavior.
The one thing I’m worried is that if you truly loose internet during a print and the hotspot doesn’t come on, you won’t be able to acces your box to see status, pause or cancel.
Your only option would be to reset the box to get the hotspot back on. This will of course stop the print.
That’s exactly what is happening. Although I have been able to connect to the hotspot/10.10.0.1 and control the printer direct or force reboot from ssh. Can’t access it from the web or my network after the signal is lost for a few minutes.
Even if it could delay the hotspot from starting for a few minutes, I think it would work.
Thanks!
