Unable connect astrobox with astroprint

Hi all,
I have problem I install astrobox when I’m connect directly astrobox-0308.local it works great, but I can’t login to astroprint (from astrobox) I’m using right user name and password and it is connected to internet. Where is problem?

1.) Have you logged into Astroprint.com just to make sure that it is indeed the right user/pass ?

2.) What version of the Astrobox do you have? Is it the latest?

3.) Have you tried rebooting the Astrobox and try relogging into the box?

How do we login to AstroBox?

You can go to http://astrobox.local or http://10.10.0.1 in order to login to your Astrobox.
