I have recently upgraded to the latest 0.9(0) software on my Raspberry Pi Astrobox. Not sure if its connected to this but I now cannot control any movement of my RepRapPro Mendel apart from if I press home on X/Y or Z it works.
Any ideas?
0.9.1 is up… problem persist?
I’m having the same problem with 0.9.1
It’s unlikely that the software upgrade caused this as we didn’t touch printer comms on this release. Others things to look at:
- did you change printer firmware?
- are you using a camera now with perhaps an underpowered power supply?
What’s your setup? Which board? Is your printer using GCode or S3G?
I restarted my astrobox and it started working again, don’t know why but it’s fine now.
