I’ve been running into this issue since I got everything setup and running. I’m able to launch AstroBox via the cloud, upload my files and start printing. Print start fine and I can see that everything is connected and and can see progress via mobile but, when i go back and try to launch Astrobox via the “Monitor” option via the cloud.astroprint.com it just times out. I cant even ping the IP of the box, but yet, it stills prints and I can take still images via mobile? Any help would be appreciated
This possibly indicates that your computer and your box are not in the same network. You can only launch the web ui when the browser and box can see each other.
