Hello everyone,
First off I would like to say that this Astroprint software is amazing and has made my 3d printing experience way better overall. However, I am having difficulty with the webcam while using Astrobox on my Raspberry Pi 3. I have a microsoft lifecam hd-3000 webcam. I have checked to make sure that it is on the compatibility list for Astrobox. From start up it works great, but at some point in the next day or so the camera will randomly drop out and I have to restart the Astrobox to get it working again.
I did an ssh session with the Astrobox and found these error messages.
usb 1-1.4: 3:1: cannot get freq t ep 0x82
cdc_acm 1-1.3:1.0: failed to set dtr/rts
uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-1)
usb1-1.4: device descriptor read/64, error -110
Any insight on this issue would be much appreciated.
