Wifi does not appear

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, with an Edimax N150 wifi connector. I have done the steps to use Astroprint, but when I search for Wi-Fi networks, none appear with the name AstroBox-xxxx. Can somebody help me?

Link that I followed:https://blog.astroprint.com/how-to-create-an-astrobox-with-a-raspberry-pi-3/

Just use these instructions for setup: https://astroprint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000337286-How-do-I-setup-an-AstroBox-Gateway-without-a-dongle-hotspot-

But I have a Dongle, and the instructions you have given me are to do it without a Dongle.

I understand. I did that because you’re having trouble with the dongle.

I don’t know exactly what the problem is. I was just specifying that I use the Raspberry Pi 3 with Dongle.

After inserting the SD with the Astrobox operating system, the AstroBox-xxxx wifi network does not appear to me. And I do not understand why

The hotspot outside of the ones we create has been proven unreliable for a variety of reasons. This is why we created a method without it. Have you tried it?

Excuse me, I didn’t understand you. I have followed the steps you have indicated. The Raspberry Pi does not identify me in the App either and I do not understand what may be happening. I am using the image currently uploaded: AstroBox-rpi-0_17_4-20200105

I don’t know what you mean by this. Can you share some photos?

I don’t know. It’s possible to that the image is bad. You can connect a monitor to the HDMI port and reboot, see what messages you get.

Is the green light always on? or does it blink?

Thanks for the help.
When connecting a monitor I discovered that the problem was the power supply.

Cool. 2.5 - 3A power supply is needed
