I have a model where I want to change the infill from 20 to 100% halfway through the model.
Can I place this in the slicer, and how?

This isn’t possible with any of the slicers that AstroPrint currently supports. I think Simplify3D does support this sort of functionality. You can always create your GCODE outside of AstroPrint and upload it to your cloud later.
