I just got a Cubicon from iMakr. It’s an amazing printer, however I would love to be able to control it via my Raspi Astrobox. Are there any plans to support it?
It’s not clear from their website whether they support GCODE or X3G format. Perhaps you could ask them? They seem to ship with their own software but do they also support open source host software such as Cura, Repetier, etc… If so, we might be able to add support for it.
I’ve gotten it working, albeit without the convection chamber heating. GCODE format, with Teacup flavor. From what I’ve seen they do add a proprietary extension to their GCODE .HVS extension. My computer recognizes it as RUMBA - ATmega 2560 compatible.
