Hello everyone, I’m trying to connect a 3dprinter but there are some problem. The software finds an usb device
, wich calls “unknown” and the connection doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

What kind of a printer is it?
Is it running Marlin OR Sailfish firmware? (We are only compatible with those two)
What version of the Astrobox is it?
Are you on Windows / OS X ?
The printer is a “Makeblock Constructor I”, the firmware is Marlin and my sistem is Windows 7. Yesterday I took the last image of Astrobox for raspberry pi 3 from the website and I did the update for the raspicam (it works very well). Do I change something for the connection? Thank you very much for your help
