So I am currently trying to get an STL file to be made into G-code using this site, but when I upload it, it wants to create the piece in a way that I feel would be wasteful. I’d like it so the G-code would start the build where the arrow is pointing. Is there a way to reconfigure that using astroprint or do I have to use Cura to get the desired effect? Thanks in advance.
We currently don’t have the ability to change the STL from the web interface. Your would need to do that using the design software that created the stl

generally you want z to be going up & down and y north & south and x east & west
