I keep getting stuck and the page says "Your astrobox is still booting up please hit the button below to reload page Is there a fix for this. I tried the https://astroprint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202735855-I-can-t-reach-my-AstroBox-after-rebooting-it and still no luck?

Try http://astrobox-5973 Instead of what you sent me originally.
You can also try http://10.10.0.1 OR http://astrobox.local
The last email you sent me had an invalid URL as far as I know.
Let me know if the above works!
Also, you are using a Cobblebot with Windows correct?
I am on a mac. I tried both of the above and was unsuccessful. Was unable to connect. Here is the url I have been signing on with http://astrobox-5973.local/ I have been successful using that to sign on until three days ago. Now all I get is the reload page.
1.) You attempted to re-boot the Astrobox already correct?
2.) The only time I ran across the problem was due to a corrupted microSD card. You can try re-flashing it with one of our images and see if that would fix it.
For instructions on flashing under OS X, scroll down to Flash an SD Card Using OS X on this article.
You are certainly running into a lot of weird/abnormal issues that are likely being triggered by your workflow, system setup and environment – so the more details you can provide us about all of those things, the easier it would be to spot the exact issue.
It could be a bug.
Let me know!
Thanks Bill
I cannot get the sd card to flash. Keep getting "the action run shell script (image to card) encountered an error. I used the RPI sd card builder v1.2. Anymideas?

Can you provide a screenshot? (Instructions)
I would follow RPi’s official guide on flashing instead of using 3rd party software.
Alternatively, this video might be also helpful.
Fast forward to around 1:52.
Then, let me know if the above worked
Download apple-baker, SD imaging software free, very simple load SD browse to .img and Apple pi baker does the rest.
