I am trying to print a design from thingiverse, but its starting the print too high. At 1mm. I have an creality ender 3 printer. Every other design that I am trying to print is working properly and printing perfectly with the astroprint slicer. With cura it is being printed properly. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2955930 I have tried printing it in normal and in best mode, but still the problem persists. Did anyone else experience any problem like this?
It’s very likely a problem with the STL being saved wrong with that gap in the geometry.
You should install the desktop app ( https://www.astroprint.com/products/p/astroprint-desktop ) add the design to the plate, select lay flat and then reupload.
